Zipporah's thimble operates under the guidelines of the Written Torah of Moses and the Prophets using balanced scales/decisions/business practices in all our dealings.

Occasionally there may arise a special circumstance that is not listed here for some reason or another.. I will always try and work things out with my customers giving them the best customer service possible with fairness to both our customer and our company within the guidelines here and written with in our standards for living and doing business ( The Torah ).. We expect the same standards from all our customers ordering from us..We are very appreciative of your buisness and are thankful to the Almighty to be able to offer such products to you, His children.

Custom Orders:
Zipporah's Thimble does not keep in stock inventory. All items on our website are custom made to your specs. inspect your item carefully upon receipt. All Custom Made to Order (merchandise that is custom made exclusively for the customer) monogramming, embroidery, custom size, cut yardage cannot be returned. In the event there is a defect in workmanship, communicated to Zipporah's Thimble within 5 days of receipt of the order, we will repair our error at no additional cost to the customer or give store credit for a similar item of equal value less shipping. Contact Customer Service to send back the item for inspection and once it is determined whether there is a defect, Zipporahs Thimble will make a new item or repair it for you at no additional charge..Please note that custom orders, orders, personalized orders, and cut yardage are not returnable. The above items are products that we do not stock in our store, and are indicated as such on our web site.

Return shipping costs:
You are responsible for all associated shipping costs of returning the item and Zipporah's Thimble will responsible for all associated shipping costs of returning the new or repaired item back to the customer.

Can I get a refund?
Confirm Your Order Before Checkout/Payment:
We assume when you hit check out, you're desiring what you ordered.
We are a small shop and like a ministry we run on limited funds to keep the shop/website running and utilities paid to be able to offer the services that we do. Due to all our items being custom made we do not stock large amounts of fabric on hand. Each order is created especially for you from stratch. As soon as you place your order, The funds are used to purchase materials immediately allowing us to have the material ready for when your order comes in the line up for production and do the labor for you, so please be sure you confirm your order carefully before making your purchase/check out for payment, as we do purchase materials for your order with in a few hours of you placing your order, Order cancelation must be made with in 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours we cannot give a refund but only change details of the order. If we have already ordered your fabric, you may not get a full refund of your money. If we have already comensed construction, the order cannot be reverse or refunded as the funds were already used for materials and labor service. The order will be completed in the production line up.

Color Difference:
We cannot guarantee color differences due to different computer monitors.

Remorse:
We do not give refunds out of remorse. In other words, if you get it and it just doens look good on you, or the color doesnt look good against your skin tone, or you have a bill to pay and you need the money back. If we made a mistake in the specs you gave us at the time of ordering then, we will exchange it or fix it at no charge..

IN Stock Items:
Occasionally we attend conferences and market places and do have minimum qty items in stock on sale, these are one of a kind items some listed on our regular website and some that are one of a kind exclusive designs..We make every effort to post accurate details and good visibly clear pictures of all our products as to show the design and style and colors of the products we offer. If you receive an item from our instock items, we will gladly exchange it for something of equal value from our website .
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. " New and Unused" means there are no marks or signs of use on the product. WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN ANY ITEM WITH ANY INDICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN USED, OR HANDLED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT PREVENTS US FROM SELLING IT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AS A FIRST QUALITY PRODUCT. If the product has been opened, it must be re-packaged as originally shipped, all tags and product inserts included. Zipporah's Thimble reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.

Gift Donations for Others

Donations that have been made as a gift for others to purchase on store credit are non-refundable and will be handled as a regular order through the recipient and cannot be redeemed for cash.. Zipporah's Thimble will communicate to the recipient of the gift via email or phone call as to the credit on record. Store credit will remain on record for the amount of the danotion for in the recipients name untill the receipient of the gift redeems their gift from the donation through the regualr order process via email or website check out. .

Keep your email receipt:
The original sales receipt must accompany returned items for exchange. Please retain a copy for your records.

Pro 16:11 A right scale and balances are of YHVH;

Pro 20:10 Differing weights and differing measures, Both of them are an abomination to YHVH.

Pro 20:23 Differing weights are an abomination toYHVH And a false scale is not good.

Exo 20:10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath of YHVH your Elohim. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates

Exo 31:15 ‘Six days work is done, and on the seventh is a Sabbath of rest, set-apart to YHVH.

Exo 35:2 “Work is done for six days, but on the seventh day it shall be set-apart to you, a Sabbath of rest to YHVH.

Lev 23:3 ‘Six days work is done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, a set-apart gathering. You do no work, it is a Sabbath to YHVH in all your dwellings.
