Refund / Exchange Policy

Torah Observance/Right Scales and Measures/Fair Business Practices:

Zipporah Reshel Designs Is a CUSTOM MANUFACTURER which operates under the guidelines of the Written Torah of Moses and the Prophets using balanced scales / righteous decisions / right ruling business practices in all our dealings. (see Scripture references at the bottom of this page) Occasionally there may arise a special circumstance that is not listed here for some reason or another.. I will always try and work things out with my customers giving them the best customer service possible with fairness to both our customer and our company within the guidelines here and written with in our standards for living and doing business ( The Torah ). We expect the same standards from all our customers ordering from us. We are very appreciative of your business and are thankful to the Almighty to be able to offer such products to you, His children. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding. Custom Orders:

Zipporah’s Thimble does not keep in stock inventory. All items on our website are custom made to your specs. inspect your item carefully upon receipt. All Custom Made to Order (merchandise that is custom made exclusively for the customer) monogramming, embroidery, custom size, cut yardage cannot be returned. In the event there is a defect in workmanship, communicate to Zipporah Reshel Designs within 5 days of receipt of the order, we will repair our error at no additional cost to the customer or we may opt to give store credit for a similar item of equal value less shipping if the item is unrepairable. Contact Customer Service to send back the item for inspection and once it is determined whether there is a defect, Zipporah Reshel Designs will make a new item or repair it for you at no additional charge. Please note that custom orders, orders, personalized orders, and cut yardage are not returnable. The above items are products that we do not stock in our store, In-Stock premade Items are indicated as such on our web site. Other wise your item is considered custom Ordered

 

 

Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for all associated shipping costs of returning the item and Zipporah’s Thimble will be responsible for all associated shipping costs of returning the new or repaired item back to the customer.

 

 

Confirm Your Order Before Checkout/Payment:

We assume when you hit check out, you’re desiring what you ordered. We are a small shop and like a ministry we run on limited funds to keep the shop/website running and utilities paid to be able to offer the services that we do. Due to all our items being custom made we do not stock large amounts of fabric on hand. Each order is created especially for you from your specifications. As soon as you place your order, The funds are used to purchase materials immediately allowing us to have the material ready for when your order comes in the lineup for production and do the labor for you, so please be sure you confirm your order carefully before making your purchase/check out for payment, as we do purchase materials for your order within a few hours of you placing your order, Order cancellation must be made with in 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24 hours we cannot give a refund but only change details of the order. If we have already ordered your fabric, you may not get a full refund of your money.

 

 

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING OF PROTOTYPES OF MANUFACTURING SAMPLES GARMENTS OR ITEMS:

Once payment is received in full on your order, Zipporah Reshel Designs will acquire all the materials to complete your order and put it in the lineup to complete your order. IF ANY PAYMENTS- PARTIAL OR FULL- FUNDS ARE APPLIED TOWARD LABOR AND EXPENSES OF JOB TO BE COMPLETED– THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OF ANY PAYMENTS. NOR RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS AND SERVICES. ANY AMOUNTS PAID AGAINST YOUR ORDER AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED AFTER 24 HOURS. IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED, ANY PAYMENTS MAY BE APPLIED TO OTHER PRODUCTS OR SERVICES And wait time starts at time of new order. All orders are considered a custom made to order UNLESS PURCHASED AS AN IN-STOCK ITEM and will be created to clients’ specifications,

 

 

BY MAKING ANY PAYMENT ON YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT AND POLICIES OF Zipporah Reshel Designs.

 

Color Difference:

We cannot guarantee color differences due to different computer monitors.

 

 

Remorse:

We do not give refunds out of remorse. In other words, if you get it and it just doesn’t look good on you, or the color doesn’t look good against your skin tone, or you have a bill to pay and you need the money back.

 

 

Errors in your order:

If we made a mistake in the specifications, then we will exchange it or fix it at no charge.

 

 

In-Stock Items:

Occasionally we attend conferences and marketplaces and do have minimum qty items in stock on sale, these are one-of-a-kind items some listed on our regular website and some that are one of a kind exclusive design. We make every effort to post accurate details and good visibly clear pictures of all our products as to show the design and style and colors of the products we offer. If you receive an item from our in-stock items and there is a defect in our workmanship, we will gladly exchange it for something of equal value from our website. RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. ” “New and Unused” means there are no marks or signs of use on the product. WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN ANY ITEM WITH ANY INDICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN USED OR HANDLED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT PREVENTS US FROM SELLING IT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AS A FIRST QUALITY PRODUCT. If the product has been opened, it must be re-packaged as originally shipped, all tags and product inserts included. Zipporah’s Thimble reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return.

 

 

Gift Donations for Others:

Donations that have been made as a gift for others to purchase on store credit are non-refundable and will be handled as a regular order through the recipient and cannot be redeemed for cash. Zipporah’s Thimble will communicate to the recipient of the gift via email or phone call as to the credit on record. Store credit will remain on record for the amount of the donation in the recipient’s name until the recipient of the gift redeems their gift from the donation through the regular order process via email or website check out.

 

 

Keep your email receipt:

The original sales receipt must accompany returned items for exchange. Please retain a copy for your records.

 

 

Torah Scripture Guidelines:

Lev 19:36 ‘Have right scales, right weights, a right ephah, and a right hin. I am YHVH your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim.

Eze 45:10 “Have right scales, and a right ephah, and a right bath.

Mic 6:11 Would I be innocent with wrong scales, and with a bag of false weights?

Deu 25:13 “You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a heavy and a light.

Deu 25:14 “You shall not have in your house differing measures, a large and a small.

Deu 25:15 “You shall have a perfect and right weight, a perfect and right measure, so that they prolong your days on the soil which YHVH your Elohim is giving you.

Deu 25:16 “For all who do these, and all who do unrighteously, are an abomination to YHVH your Elohim.

Pro 16:11 A right scale and balances are of YHVH;

Pro 20:10 Differing weights and differing measures, Both of them are an abomination to YHVH.

Pro 20:23 Differing weights are an abomination toYHVH And a false scale is not good.

Exo 20:10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath of YHVH your Elohim. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates

Exo 31:15 ‘Six days work is done, and on the seventh is a Sabbath of rest, set-apart to YHVH.

Exo 35:2 “Work is done for six days, but on the seventh day it shall be set-apart to you, a Sabbath of rest to YHVH.

Lev 23:3 ‘Six days work is done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of rest, a set-apart gathering. You do no work, it is a Sabbath to YHVH in all your dwellings.
